YogaSu is a small yoga, health and wellness organisation run by Tugba Kirhan. Tugba has studied a wide variety of sessions in the fields of Mindfulness, Breathwork, Ashtanga, Tao Vinyasa and Yin Yoga and has a long history of formal pedagogical training.
She is an enthusiastic joyful and patient teacher who is experienced at teaching complete beginners through to intermediate fellow yogis. Her background means she is ideally suited to adapting to students of all ages and physical abilities.
Tugba offers various practices that help you become more mindful of the positions and movements of your body, and aware of its needs and workings.
Group and private classes are offered both to beginners and accomplished yogis in a spacious outdoor setting, and online through Zoom.
