Nazlı met yoga through Eve Diskin’s book “Yoga Exercises and Diet” in 1999. Yoga felt familiar and close to her heart’s truth. She got her first meditation training in 2006 on a Vipassana Retreat by S. N. Goenka, she kept on traveling for retreats. She got her RYT200 Yoga Alliance teacher training from Deniz Bağan in 2016. Then on 2017 she learned Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga from Mey Elbi in a 50 hours long Yoga Alliance training. The same year she learned Developmental Kinesiology from Görkem Dizdar in a 50 hours long training. In 2018 she took Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training from Dilek Bulutlar and 120 hours Yoga Therapy teacher training from Sevgen Bengi Kıran and Merih Kenet. In 2019 she joined the The KRI Level One 280-hour certification program in Kundalini Yoga with Simrit Kaur. The same year she joined in Women’s Circles Facilitator training with Filiz Telek. And she went to Nepal to stay in Kopan Monastery for a month and she was trained there in Tibetan Buddhism.
Aside from these she nurtured herself with online courses such as “Radical Acceptance” and “Mindfulness for Anxiety and Sleep” by Tara Brach; “Good Medicine” by Pema Chödrön”, and “the Neuroscience Summit” by Sound True and many more…
Now she teaches introductory meditation courses. She leads Yoga Therapy, Meditation, and Kundalini Yoga classes- mostly online.
