Hey hey:)
I am Lee-Ann and share a huge passion for yoga, community, reconnection and living a slow life rather than be a victim of our stressful loopholes.
Even though I am a certified teacher I am still a student. A student of yoga, meditation, embodiment practices and life. But at the same time I love sharing the tools that I discovered for myself.
Not only am I interested in teaching, but my big passion is to create community spaces and beautifucl containers for sharing. Some of the tools I love to work with include somatic shaking, embodiment practice, mindfulness and jouranling, meditation and finding the inner voice, asanas and flows, as well as soundhealing and floating in space trough music.
