Over a decade of teaching, and more of practicing, my goal is to provide accessible postural yoga for everyone, using the techniques of classical, medieval and modern yoga, and combining them with the most recent movement and strength methods.
You can join my group classes held at Sujala Yoga studio or on Zoom. These classes usually include a rendering of Dharma Yoga lineage practices in an accessible manner. (Held in Turkish & English)
Or at the studio, you can opt to have one-on-one classes, tailored to your goals.
