My name is Claire.

I have been a business leader since 2006, and above all a passionate artist and explorer.

I'm the creator of five companies and a French luxury brand.

Following a burnout in 2014, which resulted in a total collapse of my beliefs and my life, I decided to continue to train myself in the teachings that allowed me to create balance and unlimited energy. to be able to live well at the pace and rhythm that suits me.

Therapist in equitherapy, equi-Coaching, Kundalini Yoga, and Rebozo ritual care, massage therapist in Abhyanga, therapy from Ayurveda, the ancestral medicine of India.

I created Ekyoga , a patented therapy combining all the skills that I acquired during many travels and experiments, and whose benefits I transmit today.

Ekyoga leads you to free yourself from your fears to regain confidence and balance.

Thanks to fun scenarios and the emotional mirror that is the horse, you will finally explore a joyful, deep, fast and effective technique to deploy your leadership potential.

By experiencing Ekyoga through personalized coaching, workshops and retreats, I accompany you to make your vision a reality here and now.

I also offer a ritual massage inspired by Ayurveda, which balances body, heart and mind.
It removes blockages and allows energy to flow.
This treatment allows a real "reset" of the body to be able to undertake the coaching of EKYOGA on a good basis.
For me, this massage is the experimentation of self-love.

EKYOGA is a complementary therapy to massages and rituals that will prepare the body and mind for the practice of EKYOGA .
