Yoga as a way of living
My journey in Yoga started simply by looking for stretches to calm my back pain. Transitioning the distractions in the class, the ego push comparing myself to others and finally connecting with the breath as a bridge to my true self. Now more than 10 years passed by, and my own practice and several courses have assisted me in gaining a broader perspective so I can guide you to walk your own path.
My time living in Rishikesh, India, and being grateful to the wonderful teachers helped me to go deeper into my practices. Since my first teacher training in Hatha Yoga, I was interested in going to the roots and understanding the philosophy behind it.
