Ravi Krishna

I am an experienced and empathetic Yoga Instructor dedicated to help others through the ‘Eight Limbs of Yoga’ so that they can improve their physical, emotional and spiritual health. Born into a family of yogis I started practicing yoga when I was a child. I studied the formal Mathura Gurukul system for 20 years and graduated with a Masters Degree in Yoga Science. Since 2012 I have taught hundreds of western and Indian students in every level. My yoga knowledge and teaching methodology is based upon the yoga passed down to each generation of my family, the oral tradition of the Himalayan yogis, the Gurukul tradition and the global standards of the Yoga Alliance USA.
