At iDharmaYoga we share the knowledge as directly received from the Yoga Master Sri Dharma Mittra. Our Teacher shares the holy science of Yoga since more than 50 years at his Dharma Yoga Center in New York. If you are a beginner or an Intermediate student, students of all ages, backgrounds and genders are welcome here. Dharma Yoga will give you good health and mental power. It will help to develop more compassion and patience with yourself and others. Mental clarity will empower and enrich every aspect of your life. The secret to success is constant practice (Sri Dharma Mittra). As Beings of one Creation we are all inter connected. We affect each other in words, deeds and thoughts. With the cultivation of compassion comes contentment and then the Bliss will start to flow.
