The creations offered for sale are available as long as there is a quantity to buy on the shop.
In case of unavailability of a product after an order is placed, the customer will be informed by e-mail or telephone.
He will have the choice between modifying or cancelling his order or being refunded.

REFUND POLICY

The customer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify a reason or pay penalties, by sending an e-mail to indicate that he wishes to return the purchased item.
The withdrawal period runs from receipt of the product.
The costs of returning the item are the responsibility of the customer and the item must be returned by the customer in perfect condition.
The customer will be reimbursed for all sums paid, with the exception of delivery costs and return costs which remain the responsibility of the customer, at the latest within 14 days from the date on which he is informed of his decision to withdraw.
